The sweet breeze of roses give these cookies a special taste. Try them with a cup of tea or coffee.
Makes about 40 cookies: Chop dried rose petals. Mix soft butter (room temperature), 2 tbsp. of chopped rose petals with all other ingredients. Knead until combined. Form two rolls. Cover rolls with plastic wrap. Cool in fridge for 1 hour. Remove plastic wrap. Turn roll in 3 tbsp. of chopped rose petals. Cut rolls into slices of 0.2 inches.
Cover baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake cookies in oven at 350°F (180°C) for 10-15 minutes.
Tip: Bake cookies in advance. The flavor will be more intensive the day after. Dried rose petals can be bought in spezialized stores.
