These date rolls are easy to make and delicious in taste.
Pit dates and cut them into small slices. Simmer butter in a saucepan. Place butter, curd cheese and sugar in a bowl and mix until combined. Add all remaining ingredients and knead them. Form roll and cut roll into 8-10 pieces. Form small rolls. Prepare baking sheet with parchment paper. Place rolls on baking sheet.
Melt 1 tbsp. of butter. Add milk. and whisk together. Apply the milk and butter mixture to the top of each roll.
Bake in oven at 190°C (375°F) approximately 25 minutes in the preheated oven or until date rolls are golden.

Spices: 2 tbs. of cardamom powder
