Apples and pomegranates are good friends. With the peppermint the trio will be completed. This drink is made for breakfast. Easy und light
Chef’s Handyman recipe for 4 persons: Apple pomegranate drink.
To make drink: Peel 4 apples. Take out core. Cut apple in piece. Place pieces in measuring jug. Add 8 tbsp. of pomegranate juice, 4-5 peppermint leaves, 1 cup of yoghurt and 1 cup of apple juice. Mix all ingredients with the hand blender.
Shopping list for 4 persons:
Fruits: 4 apples
Herbs: 1 bunch peppermint
Dairy Products: 1 cup yoghurt
Juices: 1 cup apple juice, 8 tbsp. pomegranate juice
