Winter surprise, for dessert or so! A new Chef’s Handyman baking recipe for the recipe blog!
A new recipe for the Christmas serial!
The filling and the cakes can be prepared in advance. The filling can be stored in the fridge for several days. These cakes are not only for Christmas season no they are delicious for other occasions as well. After a huge walk out in the snow, I would die for these cakes. They are so delicious in taste especially served with tea, coffee and with sparkling wine as well. The flavor of the dried apricots and cranberries together with the orange and lemon rind and the fresh ginger is just great.
All Christmas cooking recipes will be published in the Chef’s Handyman app for iPhone and iPad.
