Berry galette with cheese cake filling
Vegetarian style, to make the berry galette, combine 2 glasses of cream cheese, 1 egg, lemon rind, 1 packet of vanilla custard powder and a dash of salt. Mix all ingredients.
Prepare a baking tin with parchment paper. Place the ready-made short pastry in the baking tin. Pour the mixture on top. Then place the berries on top of the mixture. Fold the edge up and over the filling, forming loose pleats. Bake the galette in the oven at 180°C or 360°F for 50-60 minutes. Take the galette out and cool on the wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar.
