The bakery Bachmann in Lucerne celebrates the completion of the Gotthard tunnel with the creation of the panettone Gottardo. Swiss chocolate from Felchlin a famous chocolatier from Schwyz and butter from a cheese dairy in Airolo made the basic recipe created by the Pasticcerie Loison and the Bachmann bakery to a delicious masterpiece of panettone.
