To fight with vitamins against cold, freshly squeezed juices
Vitamins are best friends against cold, especially when the wave of influenza arrives. There are endless combinations with fruits and vegetables to try. The Chef’s Handyman team loves the Green Mambo and the Red Gold. What’s your favorite?
Freshly squeezed fruits are still the best!
Some great combinations to try:
- Red Gold: 4 beets, 5 tangerines, 1 piece of fresh ginger
- Yellow Dream: 1 pineapple, 1 piece of ginger, 3 oranges
- Bitter Sweety: 3 oranges, 2 grapefruits, 5 tangerines, a dash of cinnamon or anise
- Bitter Rose: 2 grapefruits, 1 tsp. rose blossom water, 1 tsp. agave syrup
- Green Mambo: 1 avocado, 3 soft pears, 4 kiwis, 2 celery stalks
- Greeny: 3 apples, 3 pears, a handful spinach leaves, 2 bananas, 1 avocado
