Goji berries
Goji berries species are deciduous woody perennial plants which are related to the species of boxthorn. Most of the wolfberries another name for the Goji berries, were drying in the full sun within 48 hours. I prefer the fresh version.
Goji berries are perfect for desserts or for breakfast. Enjoy the vitamin kick in the morning with cereals. Serve the berries with honey or agave syrup, plain yogurt sprinkle them with rose blossom water and chocolate slivers. To make sure to get a vegan version substitute yogurt with soy based yogurt.
Shopping list for 4 serves of the delicious goji berry breakfast: 1 cup fresh goji berries, 3 cups plain yogurt, 4-6 tbsp. agave syrup, 4 tbsp. chocolate slivers, 4 tbsp. rose blossom water.
